When booking an appointment at Aspen & Ivory, you are booking 90 minutes of dedicated care and percision, where you remain the focus of the moment. Each step of the appointment is treated with care and consideration - where you control the pace, and you can feel secure in every decision you make, and supported in every moment that happens.
We believe in one-on-one attention, in which a personal bridal attendant there to make sure no step is missed, a trusted presence and confidant whose sole focus during your visit is you. We believe that questions are how your appointment grows successfully, and are here to be a supportive guide - here to assist, never to rush or push you in a direction you do not wish to step in.

Private Appointments vs. Walk-In Visits
Aspen & Ivory offers two ways to experience the boutique — Private Appointments and Walk‑In Visits — each designed with intention, care, and respect for the moment you’re in.
Private Appointments
Private Appointments are designed for brides seeking a dedicated, personal experience. Each 90‑minute appointment window is reserved for a single bridal party, ensuring privacy, focused styling, and an unrushed pace.
During your appointment, you’ll be supported by a personal Bridal Attendant whose sole focus is guiding you through gown options, styling with accessories, and offering one‑on‑one care throughout your visit. This experience is ideal for brides who want time, space, and thoughtful attention as they find the dress that feels right for them.
Walk-In Visits
Walk‑In Visits are our open, welcoming times for anyone who wishes to browse gowns, explore accessories, or stop in with questions. These visits offer a more relaxed and flexible atmosphere, with lighter structure and shorter fitting opportunities when available.
Walk‑in hours are perfect for bridal parties shopping together, returning visits, or moments of inspiration — all while maintaining the warmth and attentiveness Aspen & Ivory is known for.

Many fittings are deeply personal, and private appointments provide security and comfort during those times — while walk‑in friendly hours allow flexibility for everything that follows.

Booking Your Session
Private appointments are offerend in 90-minute increments, allowing time for thoughtful styling, fitting, and preparation between each bride.
Appointments are scheduled during dedicated, private booking hours, with short breaks between sessions so each visit feels calm, intentional, and fully prepared.
Our Booking Approach
Private appointments at Aspen & Ivory are intentionally limited. Each session reserves dedicated time, space, and care exclusively for one bride and her guests.
Because of this, we approach booking with thoughtfulness and mutual respect - honoring both the experience we offer and the time we set aside for you.
Deposits & Cancellations
A booking deposit of $75 is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your private appointment, this deposit helps protect the dedicated time set aside exclusively for you; and will be directed towards the cost of your gown.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than two months prior to the appointment will receive a full deposit refund
- Cancellations made between one and two months prior will receive a partial refund
- Cancellations made within one month of the appointment may result in the deposit being retained
Because we offer a limited number of private appointments per day, late cancellations may mean missing the opportunity to welcome another bride during that time.
Confirmations & Preparation
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an immediate confirmation and calendar invitation.
As your visit approaches:
- We'll reach out in advance to confirm attendance and guest count.
- A brief bridal consultation will be scheduled to help us prepare thoughtfully for your appointment.
Final confirmation will take place shortly before your visit to ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
